Ashley + Shea | Lyons Farmette
When my sweet business buddy Ashley Tiedgen asked if I wanted to design her wedding invitations last year, I immediately said yes! As a creative herself, (Ashley is a wedding photographer with a graphic design background, go check out her work here!) I knew this would be a fun project to work on. Shea and Ashley got married at Lyons Farmette, the most charming little farm turned venue just east of Estes Park. There are goats and chickens on the property, all of which got to be part of the fun! The amazing Ashleigh of Red Aspen Photography was the photographer for the photographer. :)
Ashley really loves flowers and greenery (OMG, did you see her incredible bouquet by Plume and Farrow?) and knew she wanted to incorporate that into their invitations, so we went with eucalyptus leaves and a script that had a bohemian feel to it. My favorite part was the top line of the invitation, which read “Can we get a witness?” (Ashley’s idea!) Just an example of how you can totally incorporate your personality into your wedding stationery - there are no rules!
Fun fact: Ashley will be the wedding photographer next May at my very own wedding! I cannot wait.
